Boy’s Basketball:

New Ulm picks up a conference win over Redwood Valley 78 to 67, as did Fairmont over Belle Plaine 74 to 55. Mayer Lutheran holds off Cathedral 63 to 62, Madelia picks up a section win over Sleepy Eye 68 to 61, as did St Mary’s over Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey 58 to 53, GFW defeats Sibley East 64 to 47, Wabasso gets a non league win over LQPV 91 to 55. South Central scores-MVL defeats Lesueur/Henderson 73 to 56 and LCWM was a 65 to 54 winner over Maple River. Loyola gets a Valley win over GHECML/Truman 83 to 61 and Westbrook/Walnut Grove was a 71 to 69 winner over Windom.

Girl’s Basketball:

New Ulm defeats Redwood Valley 90 to 43 and Fairmont defeats St Peter 53 to 48. St James gets a non league win over Sleepy Eye 82 to 52, as did Cedar Mountain over Heron Lake/Okabena/Fulda 80 to 61, Sibley East was a 64 to 58 winner over Waseca, Tri City United defeats Lesueur/Henderson 45 to 28, BOLD has a non conference win over Minneota 81 to 73, Alden/Conger/Glenville/Emmons defeats Cleveland 62 to 54, GHECML/Truman defeats Madelia 70 to 42 and Lakeview was a 60 to 55 winner over Westbrook/Walnut Grove.

Boy’s Hockey:

Albert Lea shuts out New Ulm 4 to 0, as did Windom over Fairmont 1 to 0, Mankato West defeats Minnesota River 5 to 1.

Gymnastics:

Blue Earth defeats New Ulm 139.55 to 133.375.
