New Ulm wins a pair in St Cloud 5 to 1 over Duluth East and 10 to 3 over St Cloud Crush, St James was a 9 to 8 winner over Jackson County Central, Belle Plaine shuts out LCWM 1 to 0, Randolph defeats Lesueur/Henderson 8 to 5, Sibley East was a 10 to 4 winner over Lester Prairie, Loyola wins a pitchers dual over MVL 2 to 1, then Cathedral was a 7 to 3 over Loyola, Heritage Academy edges Sleepy Eye 2 to 1, Madelia wins a section game over St Mary’s 8 to 5, GFW was a 3 to 2 winner over Martin County West, RRC/WWG defeats Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey 4 to 2.

Softball:

St Peter took a 3 to 0 lead then held off New Ulm to pick up a 3 to 2 win, GFW defeats MVL 12 to 3, Martin County West wins a pair from Madelia 12 to 0 and 13 to 3, USC defeats Nicollet 8 to 0, Lester Prairie was a 16 to 6 winner over Sibley East, Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey defeats RRC/WWG 5 to 3 and BOLD shuts out Minnewaska Area 5 to 0.
