Hanska was a 12 to 1 winner over Fairfax, Essig defeats Lamberton 8 to 5, Gibbon wrapped up Fun Days with a 9 to 5 win over Hanska and Springfield shuts out Sleepy Eye 11 to 0. New Ulm lost a non-league matchup to Delano 5 to 0 and Windom shut out Leavenworth 1 to 0.

Crow River :

Glencoe defeats Brownton 10 to 8, Cologne was a 12 to4 winner over Norwood, Hamburg shuts out New Germany 10 to 0, Young America was a 6 to4 winner rover Carver and Watertown defeats Plato 5 to 2.

River Valley:

Jordan was a 5 to 0 winner over Eagle Lake, Chaska defeats St Boni 4 to 1 and Shakopee was a 3 to 1 winner over Victoria.

Division 2 Southwest Sub-State Legion Baseball:

Sleepy Eye moves to the championship game with a 6 to 4 win over Luverne, St James stays alive with an 8 to 5 win over Windom and Wabasso eliminates Springfield 5 to 2. Tournament continues Friday in Truman.

Division 2  Southwest Sub-State Jr. legion Tournament:

Sleepy Eye defeats Windom 10 to 3, Springfield was an 11 to 4 winner over St James, Adrian shuts out Madelia 3 to 0 and Slayton was a 10 to 3 winner over Luverne. Tournament continues today in Luverne, winner’s bracket games today at 5pm will be Sleepy Eye playing Springfield and Adrian will take on Slayton at 8pm.
