Sub-State 2 Division 1 Legion baseball:

Worthington was a 6 to 2 winner over Northfield, New Prague eliminates Waseca 14 to 2, New Ulm Gold edges Mtko Americans 2 to 1 and Marshall defeats the Mtko Nationals. The Americans eliminates Worthington 11 to 1 and the Nationals eliminates New Prague 8 to 2. The winners bracket game goes to New Ulm Gold, Gold holds off Marshall and wins 6 to 4. Games are at 4pm and 6:30pm tonight.

Jr Legion Division 1 Sub-State G:

Mtko Americans defeats Nationals 3 to 1, New Ulm was a 12 to 2 winner over New Prague, Marshall was a 4 to 3 winner over the Americans and Hutchinson stays alive with a 6 to 4 win over TCU. Tournament continues today at Wolverton Field.

Region 7C playoffs:

Arlington evens the series with a 12 to 2 8 inning win over New Germany, Hamburg evens their Series with a 3 to 1 win over Belle Plaine. Game 3 Sunday afternoon. Brownton grabs a 1 to 0 lead with a 13 to 3 win over Winsted., game two is tonight.
