Football week 4:

Belle Plaine scores three second half touchdowns to come from behind and defeat New Ulm 27 to 14. Boden Siegle rushed for two scores and had the 74 yard touchdown reception  late in the fourth to seal the game. St peter shuts out Tri City United 39 to 0, St James picks up a 39 to 20 win over Southland, Marshall takes it to Hutchinson 49 to 6. Nine Man finals-Wabasso remains unbeaten with a 26 to 20 win over Cathedral, Cedar Mountain defeats Nicollet 43 to 22, GHEC/Truman shuts out Mountain Lake Area 50 to 0, Red Rock Central stays unbeaten with a 12 to 7 win over Heron Lake/Okabena/Fulda and Hills/Beaver Creek was a 62 to 8 winner over Westbrook/Walnut Grove, more District finals-Tracy/Milroy/Balaton defeats Sleepy Eye United 42 to 26, Springfield defeats Dawson/Boyd 34 to 7, LCWM was a 48 to 8 winner over Sibley East, Luverne shuts out Lesueur/Henderson 6 to 0,                     St Clair/Loyola defeats Medford 42 to 15, Paynesville holds off BOLD 44 to 39 and Mayer Lutheran shuts out Madelia 19 to 0.

Volleyball:

Red Rock Central defeats Springfiled 3 to 1, in Apple Valley-Marshall picks up a pair of wins, 2 to 0 over Bloomington Jefferson and 2 to 1 over Stillwater, Midwest VB Warehouse tourney-Fillmore Central defeat Westbrook/Walnut Grove 2 to 0, Minneota defeats Wabasso 2 to 1, Charfield was a 2 to 1 winner over Belle Plaine and Ada/Borup defeats Wabasso 2 to 1.

College Volleyball:”
