Serious Injury Reported In I-29 Onramp Crash

A Fargo motorcyclist was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash over the weekend on I-29 in Fargo. 

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, John Meyer (67) was injured when he failed to negotiate the I-29 onramp at 32nd Avenue and crashed the westbound 2014 Harley Davidson he was driving. 

He was transported via ambulance to a local hospital for injuries described as “serious”. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash reported at 2:42pm. 

The accident remains under investigation.
