SEVERAL TEENS INVOLVED IN REDWOOD COUNTY CRASH
A four-vehicle crash in Redwood County involving several teens sent one to the hospital Sunday afternoon. The state patrol was called around 4:20 pm to Highway 68 west of Wabasso. A semi and a mini-van collided with the semi then being hit by an SUV and a car left the roadway. The semi was driven by 56-year-old Gary Vandehei of Isle and the mini van was driven by 17-year-old Gavin Marotzke of Vest. Neither were hurt. The SUV was driven by Wyatt Brockberg of Vesta. He was taken to Redwood Falls Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The car was driven by 18-year-old Zach Skoblik of Vesta. He and two 13-year-old passengers from Vesta weren’t hurt. Roads were covered with snow and ice at the time.
