Shaboozey’s “Tipsy” Has Been In The #1 Spot Longer Than Any Song In History

Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” has now spent more weeks at #1 on the Billboard Radio Songs Chart than any other song in history.  It has now been #1 for a 27th week.  It beat out The Weeknd’s song “Blinding Lights” for the honor.

“A Bar Song (Tipsy)” topped the Country Airplay chart for seven consecutive weeks back in August which was the longest streak ever for a debut single.  It also made more history on the Country Airplay chart as it continues to stay in the Top 10 for a record-extending 31st week.   Shaboozey’s megahit also became the first song ever to break into the Top 5 on the Country Airplay chart, Pop Airplay chart, and the Adult Pop Airplay chart.
