Shakopee Man Jailed on $2.5 Million Bail for Murder of Richfield Woman
(Learfield News/Richfield, MN) – Bail is set at two point five million dollars for a Shakopee man arrested for the alleged shooting death of a Richfield woman last month.
Investigators say twenty-seven-year-old Jose Luis Lopez Xique was charged Monday with the second-degree murder of twenty-two-year-old Kayli Arseth.
Police believe that Lopez Xique shot Arseth in the head during an argument in her apartment on June 16th.
She was found dead the next day when officers were doing a welfare check.
Lopez Xique was arrested Thursday and makes his first court appearance today (Tuesday).
