Softball and Baseball Results: Tuesday, April 15th
Morris/Chokio-Alberta Girl’s Softball Team picked up it’s fifth win this year with a 10-0 win in 5 innings over Sauk Centre on Tuesday.
Tigers Right fielder Sam Konz led the way with 2 home runs and 5 RBI’s. Harmony Coverdale and Lauren Hottovy each went 2 for 3 and scored twice. Pitcher Nora Boyle gave up 3 hits, walked 1, and struck out 9 hitters in 5 innings for her second win.
Tigers are now 5-0 and will be in Marshall on Thursday with the first pitch at 5:00 p.m.

For the Tigers Andrew Marty was 2 for 3, scored 3 runs, pickup 3 RBI’s, and had a stolen base.
Alex Asmus threw a complete game with 3 strikeouts and 1 walk, allowing 5 hits and 3 earned runs.
Tiger Baseball will play Montevideo on Wednesday, April 16th the game will be played in Raymond at Raymond Baseball Fields the doubleheader starts at 4:00 p.m.
