STATE STREET THEATER RECEIVES GRANT FROM NUAF FOR CURTAIN REPAIRS

State Street Theater in New Ulm received a $7500 grant from the New Ulm Area Foundation to support repairs to the theater’s stage curtains.   Wear and tear over the years has made operations unsafe and the funds will allow the theater to complete repairs and continue welcoming audiences and performances to a well-maintained performance space.  No word on when the repairs will take place.  The grant was formally presented  to the theater celebrating the Foundation’s commitment to preserving arts and culture in the New Ulm community.
