TEEN DROWNS IN BROWN COUNTY LAKE

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a 15-year-old from Mountain Lake drowned in Mound Creek County Park in Stately Township Brown County.  Authorities say the teen was swimming, started struggling and went under the water and didn’t resurface.   Emergency personnel worked on the teen but he was pronounced dead at 5:38 pm.  An autopsy is being done at the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office.  The victim’s name will be released once the autopsy is done.  Many agencies assisted at the scene.
