Teen Injured While Crossing 3rd

A bicyclist was struck by a pickup truck Thursday afternoon in Thief River Falls. 

Police say a 14 year old juvenile male was southbound, attempting to cross 3rd Street at Red Lake Boulevard, and hit the front on a 2005 Chevy Silverado driven by Larry Halvorson of Fridley. The juvenile complained of arm pain and was checked out on scene. 

Police responded just after 12:00pm.
