TEEN WHO DROWNED IN COTTONWOOD COUNTY LAKE IDENTIFIED

The teen who drowned in a Cottonwood County Lake this week has been identified.  Authorities say 15-year-old Skyler Goulette was found in about four and a half feet of water just before 11:30 Wednesday morning.  He jumped into the lake to retrieve an oar while canoeing with his sister on Eagle Lake in Carson Township near Mountain Lake Monday night.
