Tiger Girls Softball Team WCC Champs and Tiger Baseball 18-0

 

Girls Softball

The Morris/Chokio-Alberta Girls Softball Team wins West Central Conference Championship with a 8-0 win over BOLD. Leading the way for the Tigers catcher Sam Konz had a 2 run homerun went 2 for 4, picked up 3 RBI’s, and scored twice also for the Tigers Sr. second baseman Lauren Hottovy went 2 for 4, picked up a RBI, and scored twice.

Pitching for the Tigers, Jr. Haley Kill pitched all seven innings struck out 13 and gave up one hit. Tigers host Litchfield on Friday with a record of 17-2 overall and 12-2 in conference before they start playoffs.
