Timberwolves, Lynx, Name New CEO

(Minnesota News Network- Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx have a new C-E-O. Starting September 2nd, Matthew Caldwell will take over the day-to-day business operations for the two teams and the Iowa Wolves for the next ten years. Caldwell was president and C-E-O of the Florida Panthers for the last nine years, having become the youngest C-E-O in U-S professional sports in 2016 at thirty-six years old. He says he’s inspired by the owners’ vision and passion for Minnesota basketball and their commitment to excellence.
