Tommie WBB gets a win

(St. Paul, MN) — The St. Thomas women’s basketball team knocked off North Dakota 77-54 last night in St. Paul. Senior guard Jade Hill of Minneapolis led the way for the Tommies with 20 points, while senior forward Jo Langbehn of Elk River added 19. St. Thomas improved to 15-10 overall and 7-5 in the Summit League. The visiting Fighting Hawks are now 8-16 overall and 3-8 in the conference. The Tommies have won three straight games and won’t play again until a week from today when they visit Kansas City. Meanwhile, the St. Thomas men are next in action on Saturday, hosting Omaha at 7 P-M.
