Tommies take down South Dakota

(St. Paul, MN/Minnesota News Network) — The St. Thomas men’s basketball registered a 99-86 home win over South Dakota last night in St. Paul. Sophomore Isaiah Johnson-Arigu of Maple Grove paced the Tommies with 25 points on his birthday. Sophomore guard Nolan Minessale recorded a double-double with 22 points and 12 assists. St. Thomas improved to 13-4 overall and 2-0 in the Summit League. The visiting Coyotes dipped to 8-9 overall and 0-2 in the conference with the loss.
