TRF Man Cited For Allegedly Stealing Hotel Towels

A Thief River Falls man was cited for theft after some towels were reported missing. 

Police say Randy Hicks (68) was cited for theft. 

Officers were called to America’s Best Value Inn & Suites just after 4pm Monday.
