Trisha Yearwood Gets Hollywood Star

Trisha Yearwood just received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Garth Brooks was there to cheer her on along with fellow country stars Reba McEntire and Carly Pearce.

On Monday, her star became the 2,805th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

In her speech, Trisha said it was a surreal moment and that she was, quote, “overwhelmed.”

And then she went on to give thanks to thank her husband, saying, “As many accolades and awards as he [Garth] has won, I never see him get more excited than he does when I receive something.  And for all of the people who want this for me, nobody wants it more than you.”
