Twins Come Home For Opener

The Minnesota Twins are in a five-way tie for first place in the American League Central Division following a 6-1 win over the Chicago White Sox at Rate Field last night in Chicago. Byron Buxton and Harrison Bader both went deep in the victory, while Pablo Lopez earned the win after holding the Southsiders to one run on four hits in seven innings. Lopez struck out five and walked just one, while allowing four hits. Buxton also doubled home a run in the win, while Carlos Correa added a run and two hits, including a double.
