Twins Lose Again
(Minnesota News Network- Anaheim, CA) — The Los Angeles Angels scored the go-ahead run in the bottom of the eighth inning and went on to beat the Minnesota Twins 4-3 yesterday in Anaheim. Mike Trout drove in the game-winning run with a sacrifice fly. Zach Neto homered in the victory, while Robert Stephenson earned his second win in relief. The 69-77 Angels have won three of four. James Outman and Byron Buxton both homered in the losing effort. The 64-82 Twins have dropped eight of their last ten games. Minnesota will be off tonight before they host Arizona tomorrow night to start a three-game interleague series.
