Twins sign Caratini

(Minneapolis, MN/Minnesota News Network) — The Minnesota Twins are bringing in some added depth at the catcher position. The Twins signed catcher Victor Caratini to a two-year deal worth 14-million dollars over the weekend. Caratini spent the last two seasons with the Houston Astros. He hit .259 with 12 home runs and 46 R-B-I in 114 games last year.
