Two Arrested After Redwood County Pursuit

Two people were arrested after a high-speed chase in Redwood County early Monday morning.

The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy tried to stop a car around 1:35 am near Nobel Avenue.  The vehicle fled starting a pursuit that lasted about 52 minutes and covered 30 to 40 miles.

The car eventually went off the road and both the driver and passenger were taken into custody without incident and without injury.

Charges are pending.
