TWO ARRESTED AFTER REDWOOD COUNTY PURSUIT
Two people were arrested after a high-speed chase in Redwood County early Monday morning. The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy tried to stop a Cadillac Seville around 1:35 am near Nobel Avenue. The vehicle fled starting a pursuit that lasted about 52 minutes and covered 30 to 40 miles. The Cadillac eventually went off the road and both the driver and passenger were taken into custody without incident. Their names have not been released. Charges are pending. Redwood Falls Police, the state patrol and the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene. No injuries were reported.
