TWO HURT IN WATONWAN COUNTY CRASH
The state patrol was called to a crash at the intersection of Highway 15 and 390th Street in Lewisville Tuesday morning at 10:45. Authorities say a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 31-year-old Jacob Mohwinkel of Truman was northbound on Highway 15 and collided with a northbound semi driven by 41-year-old Armando Mendoza of Granada. Mendoza was taken to St. James hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Mohwinkel was taken to Mayo Clinic in Mankato with non-life threatening injuries. Lewisville Fire Department, Truman Ambulance, Watonwan and Martin County Sheriff’s Offices assisted at the scene.
