Two Injured in Chippewa Co Crash

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Chippewa County Sunday afternoon east of Montevideo.

The State Patrol says 72-year-old Rick Ray and his passenger 68-year-old Lynette Ray were taken to Montevideo Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle, 40-year-old Jose Medina of Fontana, California, was not injured.

The crash happened of Highway 7 near County Road 6 just before 1pm.
