Vikes Snap Losing Streak

The Minnesota Vikings snapped a four-game losing streak by earning a 31-0 win over Washington yesterday at U-S Bank Stadium. The Vikings held the Commanders to just 206 yards of offense and forced three turnovers. Meanwhile, quarterback J-J McCarthy had the strongest game of his young N-F-L career, throwing for 163 yards and three touchdowns in the victory. Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell says quarterback J-J McCarthy had a nice game.

The Purple remain in last place in the N-F-C North at 5-8. Jayden Daniels passed for 78 yards and an interception before exiting the game with an injury. Washington is in third place in the N-F-C East at 3-10.
