Vikings Have Thursday Night Football Tonight
(Minnesota News Network- Inglewood, CA) — The Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Chargers both look to stay above .500 when they meet at So-Fi Stadium for Thursday Night Football tonight at 7:15 P-M. The 3-3 Purple are coming off a 28-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last weekend. Minnesota has allowed the fifth-fewest yards in the N-F-L this season. The team is starting Carson Wentz at quarterback for the fifth game in a row as J-J McCarthy continues to recover from an ankle injury. Meanwhile, the 4-3 Chargers just lost to Indianapolis 38-24 on Sunday. The team is hoping to get starting left tackle Joe Alt of North Oaks back from an ankle injury as Justin Herbert is the fifth-most sacked quarterback in the league this year. Minnesota has won three of its last four games against the Chargers.
