Vikings Hobbled Into Week Three

(Minnesota News Network- Eagan, MN) — The Vikings will be back on the practice field this afternoon at T-C-O Performance Center in Eagan as they continue to prepare for the Bengals. Yesterday, 10 Vikings players were either limited or didn’t practice at all including safety Harrison Smith, dealing with illness, and linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel, also listed as limited. Quarterback J.J. McCarthy, center Ryan Kelly and tackle Justin Skule each were missed the practice – McCarthy with an ankle sprain; Kelly and Skule each with concussions. On a good note however, both tackle Christian Darrisaw and cornerback Jeff Okudah were full participants. The Vikings and Bengals will meet at noon on Sunday from U.S. Bank Stadium.
