Vikings Lose On Final Play

(Minnesota News Network- Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings gave up a field goal as time expired during a 19-17 loss to the Chicago Bears at U-S Bank Stadium yesterday. Minnesota quarterback J-J McCarthy threw a go-ahead touchdown pass to Jordan Addison with under a minute left in regulation, but Cairo Santos hit a 48-yarder at the buzzer for the visiting Bears, who improved to an N-F-C North Division best 7-3. McCarthy had 150 passing yards, a touchdown, but two interceptions in the losing effort. The Vikings are in last place in the North at 4-6. They visit the Packers this Sunday.
