Vikings start reporting to camp
(Eagan, MN/Minnesota News Network) — Minnesota Vikings training camp is officially underway. Minnesota’s rookies, quarterbacks and other select players reported to T-C-O Performance Center yesterday. A total of 40 players were on site to start camp yesterday. The rest of the veterans will report tomorrow with the first full squad workout set for Wednesday in Eagan. The Purple are looking to build upon a 14-3 season that ended in an N-F-C Wild Card loss last year. Minnesota opens the preseason slate with a Saturday, August 9th at home against Houston. There will be three exhibition games before the regular season starts Monday, September 8th at Chicago.
