W-N-B-A: Lynx Lose Preseason Opener

(Minnesota News Network- Chicago, IL) — The Minnesota Lynx opened up preseason with a 74-69 loss to the Chicago Sky at Wintrust Arena. Minnesota was outscored 24-11 in the first quarter of the loss, before rallying to make a game of it. Alanna Smith led the Lynx with ten points. Minnesota takes on Chicago again at home on Saturday in the second and final exhibition game on the Lynx slate.
