Warriors Hand Wolves 5th Straight Loss

The Minnesota Timberwolves fell flat in the second half and lost to the Golden State Warriors yesterday at the Target Center 111-85. The Wolves trailed by one point at halftime before getting out scored 64-39 the rest of the way. Wolves head coach Chris Finch says they are giving up too many big quarters for their opponents.

Anthony Edwards scored 32 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, while Donte DiVincenzo chipped in with 22 points for the Wolves, who have dropped a season-high give games in a row. Minnesota committed 25 turnovers, including eight by Edwards. The Timberwolves are tied for sixth place in the N-B-A Western Conference at 27-19. Golden State is 26-21.
