State High School Baseball Finals:

Class A Champion is Red Lake County, The Rebels race out to a 9 to 1 lead, enroute to a 15 to 7 win over Cathedral.

Class AA Champion is Pine Island. Pine Island scores  two runs early and hold on to Beat Glencoe/Silver Lake 2 to 1, to win their first championship.

Class AAA Champion is Mahtomedi. Mahtomedi defeats Mankato East 6 to 2.

Class AAAA Champion is Cretin/Derham Hall. Cretin/Derham Hall edges Minnetonka 3 to 2.

Tomahawk East final:

New Ulm defeats Stark 10 to 0 in seven innings Saturday night.

Sunday:

Leavenworth was a 10 to 0 winner over St James, Courtland raced out to a 6 to 0 lead and defeats Lamberton 10 to 0 in seven, Springfield edges Gibbon 6 to 4, the game of the week on KNUJ, Courtland scored six runs in the first two innings, enroute to a 16 to 0, seven inning win over Fairfax, Lamberton picks up a 9 to 0 win over Essig, Quinton Vold picks up the win striking out eleven in six innings and Sleepy Eye picks up a rain shorten win over Hanska 5 to 0.

Crow River finals:

Watertown was an 11 to 3 winner over St Boni, Norwood defeats New Germany 10 to 3, Brownton shuts out Winsted 11 to 0 in seven, Glencoe defeats Cologne 8 to 3, Delano was a 6 to 3 winner over Arlington and Minnetonka gets a non-league win over  Green Isle 7 to 2.

River Valley results:
