Wild blast Bruins
(St. Paul, MN/Minnesota News Network) — Quinn Hughes scored a goal in his Minnesota Wild debut as the Wild beat the Bruins 6-2 on Sunday at Grand Casino Arena. Hughes came to Minnesota is a trade with Vancouver on Friday night and immediately helped his new team to a fourth straight win. Kirill Kaprizov scored twice plus Matt Boldy, Ryan Hartman and Jared Spurgeon also tallied for a Wild team that’s now 10-0-2 in their last 12 home games one short of the franchise record. The Washington Capitals are in town on Tuesday night at 7 P-M to finish the four game homestand.
