Wild Drop Third Straight

The Wild finished their homestand with a whimper as they got crushed 6-2 by the Jets. Minnesota opened the game outshooting Winnipeg 10-0 but a Jets 5 on 3 power play goal on their second shot of the hockey game was the beginning of the end. The followed that up with a pair of goals in the final 10 seconds of the opening period and the Wild never responded. Wild head coach John Hynes on his team taking too many penalties and it haunted them.
