Wild Host Stars

The Wild will skate in the newly named Grand Casino Arena for the first time on Thursday night when they host the Dallas Stars in preseason action. The two teams met in Dallas on Tuesday and it was the Stars they came away with an overtime win at American Airlines Center. Cal Petersen was in goal for Minnesota and made 34 saves. Wild head coach John Hynes on if the young guys are making an impression at this point in camp.

Filip Gustavsson is expected to get the start in the rematch as a number of Wild regulars are expected to make their exhibition debut. Puck drops at 7 P-M tonight from St. Paul. Coverage begins at 6:45pm on KNUJ.
