Empowering Communities, Celebrating Minnesota Locally

Wild Host Utah Tonight

The Wild were on the road this past holiday weekend and after getting shelled on Saturday by the Predators they responded with a 3-1 win on Monday afternoon in Colorado. That stopped a three game losing streak and pulled the Wild even on the season series with the Avalanche at a game a piece. The road trip saw the Wild get back both Brock Faber and Jakub Lauko from injury but they’re still missing Kirill Kaprizov, Jared Spurgeon, Jonas Brodin and Marcus Johansson. The hope is one or more of those bodies could be back this week when the Wild host Utah tonight at 7 P-M  or against the Flames on Saturday night to finish off Hockey Day Minnesota. Both games can be heard on KNUJ. Tonight at 6:45pm, Saturday at 5:45pm.
