Wild Hosting Pittsburgh Tonight
(Minnesota News Network- St. Paul, MN) — The Wild have another chance to break out of their early season slump when they host the Penguins tonight in St. Paul. Minnesota is coming off back to back overtime losses including a 4-3 O-T defeat on Tuesday to the Jets. That’s four straight losses overall for a team that’s also won just once in their last eight outings. The Pens fell in the shootout on Tuesday to the Flyers in Philly but still have an active seven game point streak going 5-0-2 since October 16th. They are also 3-0-1 in their last four on the road.
