Wild Lose Again In Preseason
(St. Paul, MN) — The Dallas Stars scored five straight goals on their way to a 5-2 win over the Wild on Thursday night at Grand Casino Arena. Marco Rossi scored two goals just 10 seconds a part at the end of the first period to get the Wild started but that was all the offense they could generate on the night. Matt Boldy got the primary assist on each of the tallies. Stars center Wyatt Johnston scored twice for Dallas as the Stars improved to a perfect 3-0-0 on the exhibition schedule while the Wild fell to 1-1-1. Jesper Wallstedt started the game and stopped all 12 shots he faced before being replaced in the second period. The Wild are back in action on Sunday when they host the Blackhawks starting at 5 P-M.
