Wild Snap Skid, Beat Rangers 3-1 In Big Apple

(New York, NY) — The Minnesota Wild scored three straight to beat the Rangers 3-1 on Monday night at Madison Square Garden and end a three game losing streak. New York scored :57 seconds into the game but the Wild answered four minutes later when defenseman Jonas Brodin tied the game at one. That was the score until the third period when Wild rookie Danilla Yurov tallied his first N-H-L goal which proved to be the eventual game winner. Kirill Kaprizov scored his team leading fifth of the season to ice the win. Filip Gustavsson made 22 saves for the victory. Minnesota gets their first win on the road trip to go 1-2-1 so far. The trip concludes in New Jersey tomorrow night at 6 P-M.
