Wild Snap Two Game Skid
Marcus Foligno scored into an empty net to stop a furious Blackhawks rally as the Wild got a 4-2 win on Sunday night out of Chicago. The Wild lead the Hawks 3-0 after two periods of play and were outshooting them 18-5. But in the third the Hawks scored twice on 15 shots and were pushing until Foligno iced the win. Jared Spurgeon, Freddy Gaudreau and Joel Eriksson Ek also scored for Minnesota and Matt Boldy had three assists. Filip Gustavsson made 18 saves for his 19th win of the season. The Wild stopped a two game losing streak and have now won six of their last eight on the road. The trip continues on Wednesday in Toronto at 6 P-M.
