Wild Take Series Lead
The Minnesota Wild took control of their First Round playoff series with a 5-2 win over the Vegas Golden Knights in Game Three from St. Paul. Kirill Kaprizov and Marco Rossi each scored in the first seven minutes of the game, and the Wild led the rest of the way. Kaprizov had two goals in the victory, while Matt Boldy and Marcus Foligno also lit the lamp. Head coach John Hynes on his best players continuing to deliver.
Minnesota is up 2-1 in the best-of-seven set. Alex Pietrangelo and Reilly Smith both scored for the Golden Knights. Game Four is on Saturday. Coverage begins at 2:45pm, puck drops at 3pm and will be heard on KNUJ.
