Wild Win In OT

(Minnesota News Network- St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota star forward Kirill Kaprizov scored his 11th career overtime game-winner as the Wild beat the Vegas Golden Knights 3-2 in O-T last night in St. Paul. Joel Eriksson Ek and Yakov Trenin scored the other two goals for Minnesota as the Wild improved to 3-0-1 in the first four games of their five game homestand. Filip Gustavsson got the win on 23 saves as the Wild swept the weekend series including a 2-0 shutout win over the Ducks on Saturday night. Minnesota is now 6-1-1 in the month of November after going just 3-6-3 in October. They’ll host the Hurricanes on Wednesday night at 8:30 P-M at Grand Casino Arena.
