Willibald Bianchi, New Ulm’s only Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient

Brown County Veterans Services Officer Mike Montalto shared the story of New Ulm’s Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Willibald Bianchi.  His remains have been identified and he’ll finally becoming home.
