Wolves get a win heading into All Star Break

(Minneapolis, MN) — Minnesota forward Naz Reid had a huge night as the Timberwolves beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 116-101 at the Target Center last night. Reid scored a game-high 27 points, grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds and dished out seven assists. Anthony Edwards chipped in 23 points, seven rebounds and seven assists and Jaden McDaniels added 21 points and six boards to push Minnesota to victory. The Wolves snapped a two-game losing skid and are seventh in the Western Conference at 31-25. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 24 points and nine assists in the loss. Oklahoma City had its seven-game winning streak snapped. The Thunder still remain atop the Western Conference with a 44-10 record. Minnesota’s next game is against Houston on February 21st.
