Wolves Introduce Top Picks
The Minnesota Timberwolves have parted ways with one of their top bench players. The team sent guard Nickeil Alexander-Walker to the Atlanta Hawks in a sign-and-trade yesterday. The Wolves received a 2027 second-round pick and a seven-million dollar trade exception for facilitating the deal. Minnesota also re-signed veteran Joe Ingles to a one-year deal yesterday. Meanwhile, the team officially introduced recent draft picks Joan Beringer. Beringer (YO-on bee-RON-zjee) says he connected with fellow French player Rudy Gobert.
Rocco Zikarsky, Zikarsky says he is looking forward to be a contributing member of the Wolves.
