Wolves Pick Up Come From Behind Win

The Minnesota Timberwolves put together another strong fourth quarter to beat the New Orleans Pelicans 125-116 at Smoothie King Center last night in Louisiana. The Wolves trailed by two points entering the final quarter before outscoring New Orleans 37-26 the rest of the way. Head coach Chris Finch says beating New Orleans is better than it looks based on the Pelicans 3-20 season record.

Julius Randle poured in 28 points in the victory, while Naz Reid chipped in with 19 off the bench. Minnesota is on a four-game winning streak and improved to 14-8. Trey Murphy-the-third led the Pelicans with 21 points in the losing effort. New Orleans has dropped its last five games and is 3-20. The Wolves host the Los Angeles Clippers tomorrow night at 7 P-M at the Target Center.
