Wolves take 3-1 lead over Lakers

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves rallied from a 12-point second half deficit and beat the Los Angeles Lakers yesterday in Minneapolis 116-113. The victory pushes the Wolves to a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven opening round N-B-A Playoff series. Minnesota star Anthony Edwards scored 43 points to lead the way the Wolves, who also go 25 points from Julius Randle and clutch plays late from Naz Reid and Jaden McDaniels. L-A was led by Luka Doncic with 38 points, while LeBron James added 27. Los Angeles played the same five players the entire second half and were outscored in the fourth quarter 32-19. Game Five is slated for L-A on Wednesday night at 9 P-M.
